FASST Auto Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

Promoter: The giveaway is organized by FASST Auto (“the Promoter”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Westfield.
Eligibility: The giveaway is open to Auckland, New Zealand residents aged 18 and over. Employees of FASST Auto, their immediate family members, and any agencies involved in the promotion are not eligible to enter.
Entry Period: The giveaway begins on April 7th and ends at 11:59 PM NZT on April 28th. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
How to Enter: To enter, participants must:
- Like the giveaway post
- Follow @FASSTAuto on Facebook and/or Instagram
- Tag at least one friend in the comments (each tag is one entry; multiple entries allowed)
Prize: Two winners will each receive a $500 Westfield shopping experience. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
Winner Selection & Notification: The winner will be randomly selected and announced on May 1st via FASST Auto’s official Facebook and Instagram accounts. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If no response is received, a new winner may be selected. FASST Auto’s decision on this matter is final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
Liability: FASST Auto is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or delays. The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time without notice.
Privacy: Personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
Acceptance: Participation in the giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
